The Revenue and Estate Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is committed to transforming the registration and stamp-duty ecosystem through secure, transparent and citizen-centric digital services.

The E-Stamping System has modernized the issuance and verification of stamp papers, improving transparency, convenience and revenue assurance while reducing dependence on manual processes. The introduction of the E-Vendor Module has further facilitated citizens by enabling authorized E-Vendors to issue non-judicial e-stamp papers on white paper up to the prescribed value, while judicial e-stamp papers are also being facilitated digitally in accordance with the applicable policy.

Building upon this reform, the E-Registration System has been developed in collaboration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) to digitize the registration of property-related instruments. The system provides a transparent and traceable workflow, digital verification, integration with relevant government systems, and improved monitoring of registration transactions.

E-Registration is being progressively operationalized across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with our next major focus being its integration with the Computerized Land Records Management Information System (CLRMIS). This will facilitate seamless transmission of registered transaction information for mutation in the land record system and further reduce manual intervention.

Our objective is to establish an integrated digital ecosystem connecting E-Stamping, E-Registration, land records, taxation, identity verification and digital payments, providing citizens with efficient, transparent and reliable public services.

We remain committed to continuous improvement, stronger system integration, data security and the use of technology for better governance and public facilitation.
